One reservation must be made through at least 24 hours prior the check-in date.
The guarantee does not apply to the following rate types:

    • Rates that are not publicly available, such as negotiated corporate or group rates.
    • Qualified discount rates accessible with promo code.
    • Package or group add-on rates that extend the length of a stay.
    • Rates negotiated for stays extending beyond 30 nights.
    • Rates that are available on auction websites.
    • Rates available on websites that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is completed.

The Comparison Rate must be found, and a completed Claim Form submitted, within 24 hours of booking the reservation through and must be for the same hotel, room type and reservation dates. The same cancellation and advance purchase policies, and other terms and conditions governing the rates must apply.

Le Wana Hotels will verify the Comparison Rate within 24 hours of receiving your claim and notify you of the results.

When multiple rates for the same hotel, reservation dates, and room type are available through you must reserve the lowest rate to be eligible for the guarantee.

The Comparison Rate must be reservable by the general public and be verifiable. Rate comparison will be made net of any taxes, gratuities, or any other fees associated with the room rate, and the Comparison Rate must still be available at the time the claim is revalidated. Rate disparities solely attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates are excluded from the guarantee. Claims where the difference between the Comparison Rate and the validated rate is less than AED 10 may be denied.

Comparison Rates applicable to only a portion of your entire scheduled stay will not be honored. Comparison Rates applicable to a multi-day stay will not be honored if the total room cost of the stay is the same or greater than the total room cost through


No, but we would be happy to adjust your reservation to the lower rate available on on the same terms that apply to the lower rate, but you will not qualify for the 25% discount.
Please refer to the Terms and Conditions to ensure your claim is covered by the policy, and then kindly submit a Claim Form using the navigation tab located on this web page.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation or telephone call within 24 hours. To prevent the emails sent by the hotel to be classified as spam in your inbox, please allow as a safe sender.
On the Claim Form, you will be asked details of the lower rate, including the website where the lower rate was found. Once you have submitted a claim, dedicated staff will do a search to verify the validity of the lower rate based on the information you supplied, subject to our Terms and Conditions. If the rate is no longer available or cannot be booked online, the guarantee will not apply.
You will be advised by email or by phone once the claim has been processed. If valid, the new rate applying to your reservation will be communicated in an updated confirmation email.
